Terms and Conditions

• All bookings must be made through our website, authorized agents, or by contacting our customer service directly.
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Prices quoted are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuating costs or unforeseen circumstances.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
• A confirmation email with details of your tour will be sent upon successful payment.

Customer-initiated cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the tour.

Company-initiated cancellations:

• We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
• Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

• Requests to change a booking (such as tour date or participant details) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour and are subject to availability.
• Changes made within 24 hours may incur an additional fee or may not be possible.

• Each tour package will clearly specify what is included, such as transportation, guides, meals, and entrance fees to certain attractions.
• Exclusions (e.g., personal expenses, gratuities, or additional activities) will also be listed, and participants are responsible for those costs.

• Health and Fitness: By booking a tour, you certify that you are in good health and physically able to participate in the activities outlined in the itinerary. Please inform us of any special health conditions or needs at the time of booking.
• Clothing and Equipment: It is the responsibility of each participant to wear appropriate clothing and bring necessary personal items for the tour (e.g., sunscreen, hats, water).
• Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow tourists, and the local environment. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a tour if they are disruptive, intoxicated, or engaging in unsafe behavior, without refund.

• Participants acknowledge that sightseeing tours involve certain risks, including but not limited to outdoor activities, transportation, and exposure to unpredictable weather.
• By booking a tour, you release O’round O’ahu Tours, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, which we highly recommend.

• Hawaii’s weather can change rapidly, and certain tours may be affected by weather-related conditions such as heavy rain, high surf, or other natural events.
• We reserve the right to alter itineraries, cancel tours, or adjust the timing of tours in the interest of safety and to accommodate weather conditions.
• No refunds will be issued for partial changes or itinerary adjustments due to weather.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
• Specific age restrictions may apply to certain tours or activities, which will be outlined in the tour description.
• Discounted rates for children may apply; please refer to individual tour details.

• We may take photographs or videos during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating in the tour, you grant O’round O’ahu Tours permission to use such media without compensation or notice.
• If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify the tour guide at the start of the tour.

• O’round O’ahu Tours is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hawaii.
